I am Tiffany Seydl. I am a licensed massage therapist and intuitive body worker.

Each of our bodies holds a story. It is these experiences that shape how we feel. Using the experience, intuition and education gained from over a decade in practice, I meet your body where it is. Creating a therapeutic space for those stories to be told allows your body to release them, freeing you from discomfort. Each session is completely customized, nurturing and regenerative. My modalities and approach to therapy encourages you to drop into a parasympathetic state allowing your body to regenerate and restore itself. Techniques used may include myofascial work, manual massage, lymphatic drainage, cranial sacral work, reflexology and kinesiology.
