I am Tiffany Seydl. I am a licensed wellness practitioner specializing in intuitive bodywork and integrated heath.

Each of our bodies holds the story of our lives. It is these lived experiences that shape how we feel. Using the experience, intuition and education gained from over a decade in practice, I meet your body where it is. Creating a therapeutic space for those stories to be released frees you from discomfort. My modalities and approach to therapy encourages you to drop into a parasympathetic state allowing your body to regenerate and restore itself. Each session is completely customized, nurturing and regenerative. Techniques used may include myofascial work, manual massage, gua sha, cupping, lymphatic drainage, cranial sacral therapy, reflexology, kinesiology and wellness guidance.
